Game Time Rules:

  • Returns accepted within 15 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached
  • Proof of purchase required (order number or receipt)
  • Final sale items (see below) cannot be returned

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days after arrival), we’ll process your refund with the speed of a star wide receiver:

Exchange Process

Final Sale Items

Like a game-winning play that can’t be challenged, these items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” during promotional events
  • Opened or used products (for health and safety reasons)

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived looking like it went through a brutal sack, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order details. We’ll make it right faster than a referee calling an obvious penalty.
